We work diligently to e-mail tracking information or notify you of order delays within 24 hours Monday-Friday; however, the tracking number will not become active until the shipment leaves our facility.

Your order may be shipped in multiple shipments at our discretion to avoid delays. We will attempt to contact you within 24 hours Monday-Friday, if any of the items you order are on back-order with an estimated date when we can ship the item...
