Production and Sustainability
- Each solid wood slab is milled in a sustainable way using salvaged or reclaimed wood.
- All of our wood products are properly dried to prevent future cracking or warping.
- Any holes or voids in the wood slab are filled with black epoxy resin.
- All tables are finished in a standard matte finish without any stain. We like to enhance the inherent nature of the wood itself, which stain diminishes and masks.
*Since all of our products are handmade in Chicago, IL we have a lead time of 6-7 weeks from the date the order is placed*
These live edge floating mantels are handmade from SOLID 2" thick walnut. What sets them apart is the patent pending HOVR bracket which has a weight limit of 300 pounds per floating mantel!

- Single slab floating mantel construction for continuous grain (multiple pieces are NOT glued together)
- Each floating mantel is carefully finished with food grade oil to bring out the natural wood grain, ensures durability and is easy to clean.

- Length of floating mantel: 36” to 72” long
- Depth of floating mantel: Two depth options. 4-6” OR 6-8” (depth variability due to live edge)
- Thickness of floating mantel: 2” thick.

Installation
- The HOVR bracket is what makes these solid floating live edge mantels so easy to install.
- This state of the art floating mantel bracket design provides a weight limit that is much higher than any other floating bracket in the market. The weight limit for this bracket is 300 pounds per floating mantel!
- Everything for installation included with instructions.
